The Peoria and Oquawka was a predecessor of the TP&W.  ATSF acquired the TP&W 
in the late 1970s, only to be sold off again as an independent railroad in the 
1989.  Since ATSF divested itself of TP&W's trackage and the TP&W reconstituted 
itself as a separate road before the 1995 merger, I'm not sure the TP&W and 
it's predecessors would quality as a BNSF heritage railroad?
