[CBQ] Naperville crash

I've had an enquiry from Chuck Spinner who is writing a book about the crash in 
1946 at Naperville between the Exposition Flyer and the Advanced Flyer.  He had 
ordered Bulletin #42 which has a section on the crash and is aware that the ICC 
investigation number is 2988 (in case anyone else wants to look at it)

Chuck is seeking help with additional information including what happened to 
the cars (ie. how many of them were still serviceable) after the wreck.  He 
also comments -

"I am trying to find survivors of the wreck who might still be alive to get 
their reflections.  Also, I'd like to get the transcript of the grand jury 
inquest on the accident.  I can't seem to get to the I.C.C. accident report."
