In many places WI-35 is on what was the old row. As for single track
sections it is just the three sections of the Wisconsin River, La Crosse
Marsh, Chippewa River. Winona Junction segment was DT until the flood of
1965.

Glenn,

In general from East to North. It was not done at
all places until around 1927. Yes, single track at
bridges. Much for the lines were also redone to get
rid of so many curves so things could be straightened
out.
