[CBQ] Re: Broadway limited paint job on 2-8-2 Mikado Steam locomotive

All the photos I've seen in the color pictorials by Al Holck, Mike
Spoor, Steve Goen (FW&D) and Ed Fulcomer (C&S) show black cab window
frames. Same with my own (rather limited) photos. The one exception is
C&S consolidation 641 on display across from the Leadville depot. It
has red window frames. But I'm sure this is post-retirement
decoration. Photos of it in service show black window frames like all
the rest, even when it sported a bright red snowplow.
