[CBQ] Microscale steam decals fixed yet?

  I've tried to e-mail Microscale directly, but can't get a reply. So 
I'm trying here again.
 Does anyone know if they have fixed the oversized herald issue with 
set #87-1130. Microscale used the wrong artwork to make a run of this 
decals set about two years ago, and wasn't going to fix the problem 
until the incorrect run sold out. 
 Has anyone ordered this set, either through Walthers, or direct from 
Microscale recently, and was it correct?
