Appreciate the response to my question about the Silver Pendulum.

When were numbers 15 and 2 discontinued and a Burlington-Chicago coach behind
the Observation car on the DZ substituted?   Was the Silver Pendulum removed
from service when these trains were discontinued, or before?

My word, I photographed the CB&Q Silver Pendulum at the Aurora shops in June of
1965, not knowing it was about to be scrapped. Bob Bullermann
