I know you have a passion for the articulated shovelnoses, but I'd do the 9908 
(and the 9904,5,6A&B, 7A&B) first as they are usable as separate power units 
and are easy
to power using commercial mechanisms.
The MTZ, 9902, 9903 are neat but time-limited in use and geography, and the 
availability of the 9900 from Con-Cor probably has knocked the edge off of most 
of the market.
