Hi Dean (& others with the same question),
Yes, everyone who attends must pay a registration fee, either the $40 for
the Swap, Clinics, Contests and Saturday lunch, or the $24.00 for the ladies
event. Since we are not at a hotel where we can leverage room nights
against the meeting rooms, everyone who participates must help pay for the
WIU facilities. The $10 / $20 for the tables covers our costs on the tables
only.

Dave: I am a member of the BRHS and thinking of becoming a vender at this
meet to thin out my roster. My wife would not be witth me, so I would be
only for the swap. Do I still have to pay for a registration ($40.00) + the
tables, for the swap meet only. After the meet, I will have to get back to
Germantown Hills for my sick wife.

Gerald & others,
This is the way we have things set up for everyone's convenience, and to get
the price we did on lunch (not anywhere near $10) we have to have a minimum
number served. Also, the $40 registration covers other costs as well as
lunch. If you look at the schedule, everyone should have time to eat lunch.
As the new VP of Operations I'm trying new things to try to make the meets
better, so just because you've not seen it before, doesn't mean you won't
see it in the future.
Dave

If one chooses to eat elsewhere for Lunch on Saturday (or cannot take the
time to attend the lunch) can the 'Basic' Registration be reduced from $40
to 30? I don't recall recent Annual Meets having 'lunch' as a part of the
most basic registration. Thanks! Gerald
