[CBQ] RE: BRHS Fall Meet Registration

If one chooses to eat elsewhere for Lunch on Saturday (or cannot take the time 
to attend the lunch) can the 'Basic' Registration be reduced from $40 to 30?  I 
don't recall recent Annual Meets having 'lunch' as a part of the most basic
