Can anyone point me to or e-mail me (thommack@yahoo.com) some photos
of the Savanna engine facility? I have the track chart, but would
really like to see what it looked like. The photos in the books don't
really give a good view of the full facility. I am thinking about
revamping my Savanna engine facility over the winter to bring it more
in line with the actual location and layout of the Savanna facility
(e.g. I don't have a turntable, and my facility sets to the left of
the yeard rather than above it). But I really need more info,
especially photos, to show where everything was (e.g. sand towers,
what the roundhouse looked like so I can find a close looking kit, etc.).
Also, if someone familiar with Savanna could point out on the track
chart which tracks were what and where things like the sand tower,
etc. were, that would really help also.
I model 1967-69.
