Try Holck's CB&Q Vol. 1 page 32 for Savanna.
Also, Spoor's Vol 2 p 70 for some close-ups of the coaling equipment,
and 79 for the the yard throat at Savanna.
I seem to recall seeing a daytime shot somewhere of some diesels at
the E/F, but I cannot find it for the life of me! I think it might
make more sense now that I have studies the yard diagram more closely.
Also, I recall a copy of a photo of the MILW yard at Savanna that
someone sent me, but I can't find it either. It was from a Milwaukee
Road Historical Society publication. I tried to track down a copy at
the time but could not find it available.
