The recent traffic Interchanged report has raised a question(anybody
suprized?!)
At Mendota the Q hands the MiIw 1,000 more loaded cars/year than at Savanna
? This is the Milw line to Granville and Oglesby southward and
Rockford/Beloit northbound. Not exactly densely populated areas. My guess is
this was
southern Ill coal coming through Galesburg and then going North on the Milw to
(Milw,WI.?)
Anybody know ?

Leo
