Can anyone tell me how the CB&Q was ran under the USRA during WWI? Time frame appromimately Jan 1, 1918 to March 1, 1920. Was the CB&Q consolidated with other roads and ran under a division superintendent? I am specifically looking for information on how things were run over the P&I bridge between Metropolis, Ill. and Paducah, Ky. IC, NC&StL, and CB&Q all had operations in that area during that time.
