[CBQ] MOW Orange

Hi,
 
I know little about the CB&Q, and hope this isn't too redundant, but what is 
a good paint for representing the Q's MOW orange?  Would Floquil Reefer Orange 
work?  Does anyone specialize in CB&Q decals?  I'd like to try and recreate 
one of the 70-ton roller-bearing equipped hoppers and need black decals for a 
hopper.
