One thing I am curious about - I know now from previous comments that 
the train was shoved down the alley (middle avenue) with the C&NW 
cars at the front to be pushed into the interchange track.  It looks 
like there were a few trailing point sidings at some of the 
industries along the way.  Where did the engine run around the 
train?  Was there a run around on Middle ave or were there still 
tracks in the old River st yard that were used?
