John,
I have a copy slide of 14151in 1959 as a 4 window waycar painted in 
Chinese Red and with standard trucks. It was converted to a side door in 
hte '60's but I don't know the date.

There is a photo in "Sterling Crossroads on the Prarie" by Sundance 
(p197) showing it in 1963 with side door and Allied trucks, still 
chinese red.
