And thanks for replying about the CZ DVD that I was looking for. After I
sent out my inital email on this DVD, I did a search on your BRSH site and
found the video I was searching for! It was done by ChinaConcepts and it's
called "Silver Thread thru the West: The California Zephyr". I went to the
ChinaConcepts site and got the phone number. I called it last Friday evening
(PST) and spoke directly to the producer of the film. I also sent out a
order for it that same evening as I don't want to take another chance on not
getting it. I originally saw this video last January around 12:00pm. I wrote
the call in phone number for it but lost it due to traveling back and forth
to Phoenix to help my friends and co-workers get their model railroading
shop up and running from moving from here (Anaheim). I recently had contact
the PBS station (KCET) who had shown the CZ video but for some reason they
can't find any info on it. They keep referring me to a Huel Howser film also
about the CZ. I went ahead and ordered this also as I had never seen this
one. Huel does many documentries on historical places here in California.
His programs are called "California's Gold". I'm interested in seeing what
kind of info he comes up with the CZ. Anyway, I want to thank you and all
the others who had responded to the e-mail I sent. Please pass my "THANK
YOU!" along to all the members of your historical group.
