That is incorrect. 525 was the 40-seat coach-only car. It was temporarily
used on 9900 before becoming a part of the first Twin Zephyr 9901's
consist.
There are side views of the two cars in my Shovelnose profile drawing on
the ProtoTrains website.
Interestingly, when lawywer Ron Lorenzini bought the Mark Twain Zephyr
trainset to refurbish into a dinner train or some such, he also bought Car
500 with the intention of splicing it into 9903's consist.
Given the fact that 500 was part of 9900's consist for the majority
(1938-1959) of its service life, I wonder why the Q didn't keep the
trainset intact when donated to MSI?
