The PRR did use the car post-1957 with roof cement (not paint) that 
made it appear as though painted black.  It had the road name where 
the train name was, retained the car name (as by happy coincidence, 
it fit in the RAPIDS naming sequence of the PRR 10-6's) and retained 
the full skirting.  In this configuration it *did* make it on the CZ 
at least once.

I have no idea why BLI didn't modify the model number.  It certainly 
makes the first run more valuable.  Both runs are correct, but for 
different eras.
