Maybe not.  According to the 1900 Freight Equipment Guide of the Burlington 
Route there were some H&StJ
box cars (no data given) in the 7700 series and there was a 7759.  I don't 
know if the H&StJ initials were just
in the Herald and the car had CB&Q reporting marks or if it had H&StJ 
marks...
