Go to the Spring Meet. There are always a few copies for sale there. The
book has been reprinted since Bernie's original printing and, although the
reprint is muddy compared to the original, it is still a good reference.
Because of the reprints in the market it isn't going for big bucks as far as
I've noticed... not like Hol's Colorado Road which goes for well over $100
when you can find a copy...
