The photo you have probably is from an old Model Railroading, from when the 
current editor of RMJ was editing MRG.  The Jan/Feb 1989 Prototpe Modeler has a 
Stephen Heath article on a kitbash approximating the 21050-21069 series, 1965 
Ortner-built 65-foot mill gons (19 ribs/20 panels).  It has a photo of 21067 in 
waht is described as the as-delivered paint scheme of Chinese red with 
billboard "Burlington" lettering.  The Athearn car isn't a dead-on match, but 
it's similar enough that most people wouldn't know the differences.
