I have looked at kitbashing a C&S 600 from the Spectrum model, and the basic 
dimensions are fairly close, except for the C&S tender, which is shorter.   The 
cab needs some modification, stack, domes and headlight need to be replaced, 
and Walshearts valve gear installed.   The rest is smaller appliances and 
piping, which depends on which 600 you are modeling.   It should not take too 
much work to make a presentable 600, depending on how close you want to make it.
