[CBQ] article on building a E5A and B unit

In the November 2005 issue of Rail Model Journal V.S. Roseman did an article on 
building a E5A and B unit with a P2K or BLM E6, just got my magazine today and 
the article looks pretty good, looking forward to reading it.
