Actually, the 0-4-0 has no characteristics of similar Q locos, but the 4-4-0
does have... the tender (not the trucks), the style of sheathing of the cab,
and the lead truck wheels.  I wouldn't be surprised if the Q did the heavy
shop work for the railroad....but the locos are not ex-Q but might have some
Q parts added
as a prototype kitbash!!!
