I've saved up a few to post at the same time... :)
Reading about the early history of the Q and early railroads, it's a bit
confusing to understand exactly what was going on. It seems that some
railroads were started to purposefully be pulled back into the CB&Q at a later
time, while other ones were naturally absorbed. Can someone explain the laws
or situation that created this type of atmosphere?
I know the roster for the CB&Q in 1953 shows no steam left on the
K-line...everything has already been dieselized there. Does anyone have an
earlier roster or can tell me what the last steam on the K-line was?
SD9s seem to have a weird fuel tank arrangement. The tank appears to actually
be 2 smaller tanks, sometimes you see one, (at the rear), other times both.
Can someone comment on this option with the SD9 and why you see different tank
configurations?
I think that's it for now. Had another one but it escapes me at the moment.
Got quite a few new updates at Castle Graphics if you've not checked it out
lately, so enjoy!
Cheers!
