Hi folks;

Going through my uncle's slide collection, I found some photos of the
4000 in Galesburg and Barlow(?). Not sure of Barlow - name came off the
depot in the distance with a pole smack in the middle of the sign.

Was this a fan trip and would anyone know when this train ran?
I didn't see evidence of pass cars, just a lot of folks with cameras.
Could it be the sun setting on Q steam ops?

Other photos in the packet include rows of stored locos and some very
fresh looking 5600's. Also a well dressed 3003. If these photos are
related (i.e. the same day), I'm guessing the early 1950's.

TIA!
Jeff
