Gerald
Eustis wasn't General Passenger and Ticket Agent until 1888 (Paul Morton
shown on 1887 ORER). Eustis was shown with that title in 1900, but it was
changed by 1902 to Passenger Traffic Manager, so that narrows the date
range.
