It's not a book, Jeff, it's the BN annual (unless you also have another
source). I think the year from the one that shows the last repaints of Q was
the BN annual from 1977. It shows the 'final' (as they say) black and red
scheme repaints performed in 1976. I also thought I had seen Q chinese red
locomotives later than 1976, but can't argue with the source...
