Subject: Oil Painting by Ron Hatch
I have decided to thin out part of my Burlington collection and am offering an
original painting by Ron Hatch the artist who has done the Galesburg Railroad
Days posters for several years. The subject matter is a scene of three red and
white GP 40s pulling a string of different colored grain cars past a grain
elevator somewhere in Granger Country. The engines are numbered 624, 631, and
630. This painting was commissioned by a local business around St. Paul in
1975. It was done in acrylic paint and measures 18" by 24". It has been
professionally mounted in a weathered wood frame and is in excellent condition.
I am asking $500 plus shipping and insurance. Contact Archie Hayden at
kliner@socket.net if interested
