[CBQ] Fall Meet Galesburg?

We are down to six weeks to the Fall Meet in Galesburg and I have yet to 
  see a post about it or  much info or contact point on the society web 
page. I will be driving from the  west coast and would like to see at 
the LEAST a contact point for room reservations and a day and time for 
the event kick off.

We are getting close enough that if I don't see something soon I may 
have to change my plans.
