Doug:
I forgot that Nolan is at LifeLike. You wouldn't happen to have his
e-mail?
BTW - The tooling isn't really an issue I'm concerned with. The Q
units were pretty much stock Ph II U28B / Ph I U30B. They didn't
have drop steps, though, but LifeLike did a great job with the
GP20/30's without drop steps. I am more concerned with numbers
released - it would be great to have a couple of the numbers in the
106-115 series, then a couple in the 140-149 series. The 106-115
series could have the U28B plates, the 140-149 U30B plates. It would
also be good to make sure that the numbers that have the U30B plates
are definite numbers that got them, since it appears from my
research that some of the U30's didn't ever get the updated plates.
