I got the new Bulletin fri. when I got back from a business trip.

Reading it brings up a question I have head for some time. Discussing
the proposed lightweight baggage car for after the war they mention
"fishracks". I have seen these on folio sheets for baggage cars and I
would like to know what are "fishracks"? Also what are they used for?
