So let's cut through all the crapola. Whose to blame here - the railroad, the
town, all, both? I would basically think they both existed and flourished
because of the other. Did one entity fall down on their end of things and
forget their roots, allegiances, commitments,dare I say deal? This needs a
finer point put on it in order for the real culprits to be realistically and
fairly targeted, castigated, and put upon, in a manner of speaking, IMO.
