Fielder's "RRs of the Black Hills" has by far the most extensive coverage in
photos and history (I'll have a copy to sell/swap @ Mendota). After end of
service in "24, 2 of the 3 trolleys became diners and lasted for many more
years. Mill's & Walter's High Line Scrapbook has a photo, Mill's Making the
Grade has some history. I have a small card TT for the trolleys - also
