Sources for HO Scale casting for cuckoo-clock headlight

Besides the hollow Precision Scale part with the separate back, are
there any sources for HO scale castings of the Q's "cuckoo-clock"
headlight? 

I recently acquired some of the Precision Scale castings, but they have
the opening for the light mounted much lower on the front than
prototypical from the photos that I have access to. They don't look
right next to the castings applied to my NKP K-2 or Oriental G-8
models.
