It was Don (Rosy) Greer.

They didn't just "clip" the medical facility, they stuck a big GN box 
car INTO the facility.

There are (were) many high voltage power lines in the area and, while 
one pole got "whittled" on by one of the cars, none got broken and no 
wires came down. The wreck did fill up the street however.

A broken rail was also determined to be the cause of this one along 
with several other "mishaps" on the branch.
