Tom,
I do not have actual painting guides for Q bridges, but studying the
pictures seems to show bridges were black below rail/tie height and
mineral red above. This is a bit of a nightmare to paint on things
like the Central Valley bridge, but looks really sharp when done. I
have not looked into the silver scheme.
