The observation could be used for parts to make CB&Q cars (observation end
roof, etc.) but no CB&Q cars are close to the Seaboard??? prototype.
The dome pictured is a CP prototype, which again will be usefull for
kitbashing if it is indeed the only version offered (no skirts, wrong window
arrangement, lack of corrugations in letterboard area), but we don't know if
Walthers used the CP car for the tooling.
