Silver or Pullman Green

Does there exsist a breakdown of Burlington heavyweight passengers cars, as 
to which ones were painted Pullman Green, and which ones made the transition 
to shadow stripe, or simply silver paint? (Similar to the information 
provided in the Bulletin with reference to the Havelock baggage cars).
