I know I will stir up a hornet's nest with this! But,
if we are talking about able managers, don't be too
hard on Lou Menk. I am like most of you, in that I
hated what he did with passenger trains, 4960, 5632,
etc. He was a good businessman by most measures. Let's
be fair. The stockholders liked him, even if employees
and railfans didn't. Is this hersey or what?
