Heralds used on Chinese Red units

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to the best
Burlington Route herald that has white border around it for
use on the engines that were painted Chinese Red. The
Microscale locomotive set has a black border at the outside
edge, but not white one. I have an Atlas GP40 that I need
to replace the cab on and would like the correct style. I
have not seen any of the locomotive sets that Champ makes,
do any of their sets have the white border?
