You can get a pretty good map of all railroads at http://www.mapquest.com/
Just enter the town you're interested in to get the map. Select Large Map
and along the right side of a map is the zoom scale with 10 notches. The
top 3 notches will show railroad tracks to 3 different scales. All CB&Q
tracks are shown in Mapquest maps as AT&SF railroad. The Sterling, Il map
shows exactly where the railroad bridge was located relative to Rte 40.
