Let's not get nick picking. I agree with Gordon, this was strickley a 
request for information that in the long run will be of great help to all of 
us.
How many people would delete this email if the title was marked "Commercial 
sale". It would be our LOSS. Let's help others who are willing to take on 
projects that will result in a additional information about the Burlington, 
even if it's a FOR PROFIT project.
Let's wait until something is "up for sale" before we restrict the emails.
