Hi.
My dad was driving through Somonauk earlier this week
and spotted a stack train on the Q led by a trio of UP
locos. He asked me why and I was at a loss to
explain. It was my understanding that all
run-throughs were to be led by a unit of the road in
which the foreign train was traveling over. I am
probably wrong or something has changed. Can anyone
tell me what the current policies on run-throughs are?
