CB&Q P-S 2 Covered Hoppers

Members: I am wishing to paint some P-S 2 covered hopper cars . I am 
seeking some information of the original paint scheme these cars carried on 
the CB&Q .
Burlington Bulletin#20 says they were red oxide and carried same scheme as 
the HC-1 cars - Everywhere West . Can any of the members confirm this 
statement ?
Really don't want to paint up cars that didn't exist . Any help would be 
appreciated .
