Steve,

Holbrook Street is now Benton Street in Aurora. Why the name change and when 
I don't have any idea. 

To the south of the Beacon there was a building that was torn down in the 
early 1970's when the Beacon built the new press room and dock. That was 
probably Marlin Transfer and Storage. The next building to the south was the 
Aurora New Agency, which I thought was a meat packer.... has to be Aurora 
Fruit.
