Those model magazines I dug though used clear gloss
finishes, Future floor polish in several cases. As my
previous posts stated, those looked wrong to me - very
glossy, as if someone broke out the auot polish. No
stainless rail equipment I have been on looked that
glossy. But a truly flat finish like testors Dullcote
(my usual) would look wrong too. I was thinking a
semi-gloss would look Ok, but have not tried it.
