I remember Joe very well. Only one I know who tried to use a hirail for
switching. In a meeting I ask him why we were trying to use just plain old
tank cars(Sorry Leo) for Fuel Tenders between units with all that force and
He said there was no trouble. Must be why we don't use them anymore
