Try the BRHS web site at www.burlingtonroute.com. Look at the member
layouts & models; many of them have structures in CB&Q colors. There
is also a paint shop area with suggested commercial model paints for
various structure, locomotive, & rolling stock paint schemes.
I'll share what I have learned about CB&Q wood frame depot paint
schemes:
>From about 1903 to late 1950s, the main color was Indian Red with
Bronze Green trim. Roofs could be black, green, silver, or red.
there could be other variations as well. Sheds, towers, & other
structures often had this scheme as well.
>From the late 1950s to the merger in 1970, the main color was white
(corresponded with the adoption of Chinese red for freight equipment).
I have seen some photos of green trim with the white depots.
